Continuous improvement in hot steel forging

Since its foundation in 1971, Forgia del Frignano has followed a path of continuous, methodical development.

The original facility and the building housing the technical and commercial offices have been expanded several times to meet the needs of an uninterrupted business growth.

The production plants deserve a separate mention: the policy of continuous improvement implemented in this area has over the years has allowed for ongoing production development associated with a concurrent increase in each efficiency parameter (management of raw materials, consumption of resources and quality of the finished product).

As of today, the company deploys hot forging mechanical presses from 1800 to 6500t with a high rate of automation. Together with a ring rolling mill, our lines allow us to manufacture of a wide range of products in terms of shape and weight
